Responsibilities:
Create and develop innovative dessert recipes.
Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen.
Train and manage pastry staff, ensuring high standards.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure all pastries are prepared and presented to our standards.
Collaborate with the head chef to design seasonal menus.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
2 years minimum experience in Pastry in the uae.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Creativity and a passion for desserts.
