We’re looking for a Customer Experience Expert who thrives on guiding teams, solving problems, and going the extra mile to ensure every client interaction is smooth, seamless, and memorable. In this role, you’ll be the key player ensuring our customers receive outstanding service throughout their journey with us.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct regular on-site client visits to foster strong relationships and gain insights into their evolving needs.
Collect and analyze customer feedback; share actionable insights with the Regional Manager to drive continuous improvement.
Handle and resolve customer escalations swiftly and professionally.
Identify gaps in customer experience processes and implement improvements.
Monitor customer retention metrics and proactively address potential concerns to reduce churn.
Lead and manage a team of 20 to 25 customer experience professionals, ensuring high standards of performance and engagement.
Train and mentor team members to maintain service excellence.
Collaborate with internal teams to align customer experience initiatives with company-wide goals.
What We’re Looking For:
4–8 years of experience in customer experience or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in the logistics industry.
Proven track record in customer management and team leadership.
Experience in managing and motivating teams of 20–25 people.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service tools.
Valid driver’s license.
