We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Machine Operator to join our team in the Gulf. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in machine operation and maintenance, and will be responsible for assisting in the operation of various machinery, ensuring production efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
Assist in operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the senior operator.
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines as required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during operations.
Support the production team in achieving output targets and quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in machine operation or a related field.
Basic understanding of machine mechanics and operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Familiarity with safety and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy machinery components when necessary.
