Job Summary:
The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, Training and Development, Insurances and compliance. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management with a manufacturing industry background.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Language: Fluency in Arabic and English.
Preferred: SAP Success Factor Experience.
