journey and make a significant impact!  What You’ll Do  Develop and implement a comprehensive digital migration strategy aligned with business objectives. Ensure a seamless shift from traditional calling methods to digital platforms, enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and channel adoption.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing digital adoption. Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools. Conduct training programs for staff to ensure proper usage of digital platforms. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of digital channels, making improvements as needed to enhance

customer engagement

. Handle customer feedback and challenges related to the transition from calling to digital.

Develop metrics and KPIs to track the success of the digital migration and customer adoption rates. Manage and resolve issues related to the migration, ensuring minimal disruption to business objectives and customer service.  What We’re Looking For  Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum 7 years’ experience in banking or financial sector. Excellent

communication skills

. Ability to tackle challenges during the migration process and provide quick solutions.

Experience in training staff to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools.

Willingness to

embrace and drive change. Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.
