Job Responsibilities:
- Platform & Menu Management: Execute price updates, store timings, delivery radius configurations & menu optimization across platforms
- Campaign Management (If required): Activate promotions and rigorously test/double- check them to esnure zero technical glitches
- Cancellation Checkup: Monitor order cancellations alongside, investigate root causes and conduct necessary follow- ups to minmize revenue loss
Job Requirements:
- Expereince: 1-3 years of expereince in Account Management across e-Commerce, Q-commerce, Food delivery applications or F&B Retailers
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy, crucial for managing live pricing, promos and store settings without errors
- Technical Adapatibility: Quick to learn back-end dashboards, content management systems, abd basic data tracking (Excel)
- Problem Solving Skills: A proactive mindset; ability to spot glitches or ETA delays and fix
