About our client    We are working on an opportunity with a prestigious global investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to bring on a professional at the associate or senior associate level to join their technology direct investments team. We are looking for candidates with M&A investment banking experience and technology sector coverage as well as those already on the buyside investing in technology businesses.
What the job involves     Proactively source and evaluate investment opportunities in technology across geographies  Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including
financial analysis
, market research, and competitive benchmarking  Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders  Provide regular updates to
senior management
on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market outlook    Who we are looking for     Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A (technology sector) or a private equity fund/similar organisation  Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities is required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectively  You will have a Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s, degree from a top-tier university  The ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi     Save role   Log in to apply    #J-18808-Ljbffr
