Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Job Purpose: Coordinate project activities across multipletechnical and operational workstreams, ensuring timely execution, stakeholderalignment, and project governance compliance.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science,Engineering

Certification: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.

Experience: 5 – 7 Years

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily project activities across multipletechnical and operational workstreams
• Strongstakeholder coordination and follow-up management across Customerteams, Infra teams, Security teams, OEMs, Operations, and Projectteams
• Track project tasks, dependencies, risks, action items,and governance updates
• Coordinate ITSM activities with strong focus on ChangeManagement processes (CRQ/RFC/CAB coordination)
• Prepareand maintain project reports, dashboards, trackers, MOMs, and statuspresentations
• Support deployment coordination, governance meetings,approvals, and implementation activities
• Maintain accurate projectdocumentation and reporting

Mandatory:

• Strong hands-on experience in ITSM processes, especially Change Management
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple parallel follow-ups effectively
• Experience working on IT Infrastructure / Cyber Security projects
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MPP) is desirable
• Exposure to enterprise IT operations and governance environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and strong communication skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple parallel follow-ups effectively
