Job Description
The opportunity Associate Project Commercial Support is responsible for supporting the SA 2106 GIS Business, working with the Project Management team to support proactively on commercial & SAP related transactions so PMs can focus on meeting customer expectations and the unit’s P & L.
How you’ll make an impact
- Supporting project commercial activities such as coordination of Bank Guarantees and Letter of Credits.
- Preparing all commercial documents needed for processing payments with banks by letter of credits.
- Creating and updating SAP project costing information.
- Prep all documents and drive the invoicing process for all projects.
- Driving the team internally to complete invoicing on time.
- Providing backup information related to commercial transactions as necessary.
- Updating system data/files for revenue and payment collection.
- Creating and maintaining detailed status updates for internal discussions with the manager regarding project commercial activities.
- Supporting PMs with invoicing reports as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related discipline.
- 2 7 years of experience in a project environment with hands on experience in commercial documentation.
- Hands on experience working with SAP.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
