The Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) will support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs. The role will be responsible for creating engaging instructional content, applying adult learning principles, supporting program evaluation, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging, interactive, and learner-centered instructional content aligned with identified learning needs and organizational objectives.
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional design principles to the development of effective learning experiences.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and SAM, throughout the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases of learning programs.
- Develop e-learning and digital learning materials using industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and translate identified requirements into appropriate instructional solutions.
- Support the development of assessments, learning activities, facilitator materials, learner resources, and other instructional materials.
- Develop and implement program evaluation approaches to measure learning effectiveness, learner engagement, and program outcomes.
- Analyze evaluation data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to learning programs.
- Manage assigned instructional design and program development projects independently while ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and other relevant teams to gather requirements and ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.
- Review and update existing learning content to ensure it remains current, effective, engaging, and aligned with organizational requirements.
- Maintain appropriate documentation related to instructional design, program development, evaluation activities, and project deliverables.
- Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, methodologies, and best practices in instructional design, adult learning, digital learning, and program evaluation.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing learning and development environment by sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices.
Minimum Job requirements:
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or Learning, Design, and Technology from a recognized and approved program.
- The candidate must have 3–5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, program development, and program evaluation, preferably within a large corporate environment.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of adult learning theories and their practical application in the design and development of learning programs.
- The candidate should have experience applying instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
- The candidate should have experience with program evaluation methodologies and the ability to assess learning effectiveness and outcomes.
- The candidate should have experience managing projects independently and coordinating multiple activities, priorities, and deadlines.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- The candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- The candidate should demonstrate working proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate, to design and develop interactive learning content.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), CIPD Level 5, TESOL, or an instructional design certification are preferred.
