What the job involves
- This is an Associate‑level role within the private equity team, working closely with senior investment professionals
- You will be involved across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and analysis through to execution and ongoing asset management
- Supporting evaluation of new investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
- Assisting with due diligence processes across financial, technical and legal work streams
- Preparing investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees
- Supporting transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, and coordination with advisors
- Monitoring portfolio assets, including performance analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives
- Conducting sector research and market mapping
- Working with external stakeholders including advisors, co‑investors and lenders
Who we are looking for
- Relevant experience in private equity or investment banking
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with experience building and reviewing complex models
- Strong understanding of investment fundamentals, risk analysis, and value creation
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
