Description
The successful candidate will play a key role across sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution across multiple sectors
* Conducting financial analysis, modelling, commercial due diligence, and market research
* Preparing investment memoranda and materials for investment committee review
* Supporting portfolio management and value creation initiatives post?investment
* Working closely with management teams and senior stakeholders
* Building and maintaining strong industry relationships across the region
