POSITION SUMMARY
Drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions to accelerate commercial success for Nestlé and the customer, delivering a distinct competitive advantage over key industry rivals by optimizing cost-to-serve and maximizing product availability. Manage day‑to‑day supply chain operations within the customer environment.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment: partner with Sales and Supply Chain to define and lead a common customer strategy; coordinate cross‑functional teams from concept creation to final delivery.
- Serve as a Supply Chain ambassador under the Cluster Supply Chain leadership for Nestlé and the customer, focusing on on‑shelf availability, on‑shelf freshness, and distributor stock availability; highlight business opportunities to create competitive gaps through supply‑chain value creation.
- Build and maintain trust with the customer: maintain contacts either on‑site or remotely via telecos and spot visits, with or without access to the customer’s systems; gain insight into the customer’s operations.
- Ensure product availability by maintaining a perfect order cycle with the customer.
- Monitor KPIs supporting the perfect order cycle and provide analysis; solve root causes of failures across the O2C end‑to‑end process with the customer.
- Develop joint projects and activities to close gaps in inventory replenishment, NNF reduction, master data, and related areas.
What will make you successful
- Worked 5 years across Sales and Supply Chain, including Customer Service.
- Has successfully led projects and initiatives that require a commercial and supply‑chain understanding and knowledge.
- Having worked in the trade is a plus.
