POSITION SNAPSHOTPOSITION SUMMARY
Execute the channel strategy across the cluster, which is being developed by Cluster CDT lead. Execute a compelling category story by being the go-to expert for the channel, representing the category’s interests and direction while working closely with key stakeholders.
Internal applicants based in Costal Arabia with relevant experience will be given priority.
- Execution of ICP activities on the channel across the clusters and monitor the effectiveness of execution.
- Lead the category relationship with key customers & distributors.
- Key Representative for Channel through the ICP process, ensuring multifunctional input and alignment to the key growth opportunities and action plans.
- Enable the implementation of our PicOS (through 4
Ps solutions) across the channel & key customer(s) with regular reviews on its effectiveness.
- Single point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams for Channel of responsibility, ensuring you to drive insights using external data resources like Nielsen, Dunnhumby, Kantar etc.
- Promotional evaluation and optimization to utilize discounts effectively (Channel level).
- Deliver channel playbook to sales teams to include MSL / NPD targets.
- Lead and Maintain Channel KPI tracking through MBPC.
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
What will make you successful…
- At least 2 years of experience within Generating Demand (CDT, Sales, A&P or Marketing)
- Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI’s.
- Foundational understanding of Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby etc.
