The Opportunity

As a member of the KSA BD Pursuits Team, you will focus on managing an account portfolio to foster relationship development and operational excellence across Service Lines. This role involves managing the RFP lifecycle: identification, circulation, proposal submissions, post-qualification, awarding, and contracting.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage the RFP pipeline for direct invitations and public tenders within the account portfolio.
Serve as the first point of contact to address inquiries from the Pursuit Team and clients promptly, redirecting to internal teams as needed, and escalating issues when necessary.
Utilize and promote strategic pursuit tools and methodologies.
Ensure quality, risk management, and compliance through regular review of work deliverables and suggestions for improvement.
Provide insights on best practices for proposal submissions and ensure compliance with RFP requirements.
Develop an understanding of strategic commercial methodologies to optimize account margins and craft winning proposals.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Ideally, you should be capable of
multitasking
, maintaining composure under pressure, managing tight deadlines, and be proficient in basic Excel functions.
Candidates must be Arabic speakers.
