Successfully mobilized candidates would be under the visa sponsorship of SMP Vendor Company/Contract.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Event Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate events, conferences, seminars, product launches, and team-building activities.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring all elements are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of events.
Supervise on-site event operations and manage the event team to ensure flawless execution.
Create detailed event plans and briefs, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
Handle all event marketing, including invitations, promotion, and communication to maximize attendance and engagement.
Social Media Management:
Social Media Calendar Management:
Take full responsibility for the creation, execution, and management of the monthly social media calendar.
Brainstorm, gather, and develop content ideas that align with our brand’s goals and audience.
Coordinate the approval process with chain management, ensuring all content is aligned with company standards.
Oversee questions and comments received through the X platform. And ensure timely and appropriate responses in alignment with brand guidelines.
Escalate important inquiries or feedback to the relevant teams when necessary.
Content Creation & Campaign Management:
Work closely with the social media agency to generate creative content for social media and Campaigns, including text, images, videos…etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop content that supports ongoing campaigns.
Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
Managing Emails:
Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
Coordinate email communication for event invitations, reminders, and updates.
Ensure alignment of email content with overall marketing and communication goals.
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Experience with event software and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in event management and social media management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
Experience in managing large-scale virtual and hybrid events.
Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills are a plus.
