Associate – E-Channels Services Business Analysis
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating existing information and user data requirements and communicate the recommendation of enhancements to the applications via parameter setting or system enhancements in coordination with the development of electronic channel system for system behaviour and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
Financial & Shareholder:
Deliver cost-effective solutions within budget.
Implement KPIs and best practices for E-Channels System Analysis.
Promote cost efficiency and productivity.
Customer (Internal & External):
Provide user testing, training, and documentation.
Evaluate user requirements and communicate suitable application parameters.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical users.
Assist customers with queries and maintain strong relationships with departments.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Internal Processes & Regulatory:
Analyze and document application parameters.
Coordinate user approvals and system procedures.
Design and recommend control and management reports.
Prepare documentation and coordinate testing of system enhancements.
Ensure data quality and review data migration outcomes.
Learning & Knowledge:
Understand user requirements and existing systems.
Identify areas for professional development and stay current in the field.
Legal, Regulatory, and Risk:
Comply with all legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
Perform role under the Three Lines of Defence principle.
Support risk management frameworks and maintain required competence.
