Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, manage a maintenance team, and conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues, perform maintenance tasks, utilize diagnostic tools, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Implement safety protocols, troubleshoot mechanical issues, maintain accurate documentation, and assist in project estimates.
- Oversee budget management, analyze cost data, prepare reports, and mentor staff for effective financial and cost‑control management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience leading maintenance operations and managing budgets.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
