The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed‑use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high‑calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Directs Category Management teams, including leadership of high‑value and high‑complexity tender activities.
- Develops and maintains strong internal and external senior stakeholder relationships.
- Provides performance management, technical guidance, career development, and coaching across teams.
- Delivers expert commercial due diligence, company insight, and market intelligence to support decision‑making.
- Executes value‑creating process, performance, and commercial initiatives with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Leads plan development and implementation, embedding governance, monitoring progress, and delivering through others.
- Contributes to strategy development, oversees delivery, and manages assigned area, unit, or discipline effectively.
- Drives collaborative delivery aligned to net zero carbon transition, proactively managing and reducing carbon emissions throughout work execution.
You’ll Need To Have
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high‑valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, required for immigration and client approval.
