What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and grow the secondary division, driving revenue and consistent deal flow
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of brokers
- Implement sales strategies to strengthen presence across key Dubai communities
- Oversee pipeline, performance, and team KPIs
- Support agents with pricing, negotiations, and closing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
- Work closely with marketing to maximize lead generation and exposure
- Ensure all activity is fully compliant with RERA regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, proven experience within Dubai’s secondary property market
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team of real estate agents
- A track record of leading and scaling successful sales teams
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and growth
- Confident leader who can motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Solid understanding of RERA regulations and processes
