Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director – Commercial to join our innovative team. As a key player in the development of one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious entertainment projects, you will be tasked with managing commercial operations that drive financial success and enhance project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive project profitability and align with the company’s objectives.
Oversee market analysis and financial modeling to ensure accurate assessments of project feasibility and financial viability.
Negotiate commercial contracts with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial strategies are integrated into project planning and execution.
Prepare comprehensive reports on commercial performance metrics, highlighting key trends and areas for optimization.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and commercial objectives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to commercial activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management, ideally within the entertainment, real estate, or construction sectors.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
