We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Associate – Corporate Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client entities across various jurisdictions such as DIFC, ADGM, Free Zones, and Mainland. This role ensures strict compliance with company policies and legal regulations and requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Services Assistance
Act as the Relationship Manager for a portfolio of companies, delivering comprehensive services including incorporation, corporate secretarial, accounting, tax compliance, and payroll support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, including review and sign-off of compliance-related documents.
Support visa processing and cancellations for clients’ employees.
Record Maintenance
Maintain and update statutory company records, including changes in shareholders, directors, managers, and authorized signatories.
Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
Provide up-to-date management information to senior management, finance, compliance, and HR on a periodic basis.
Ensure adherence to invoicing, debt collection, and payment processes as guided by the Finance team.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with all applicable jurisdictional, federal, and local regulations.
Adhere to internal onboarding and periodic review requirements in line with compliance protocols.
System Management
Utilize internal Acclime systems to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
Stay informed of system updates and implement changes as required.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Services or administrative management, ideally in a senior capacity.
A team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
