About this role
The Associate Consultant serves as a key advisor and relationship manager for clients, supporting consulting engagements, account management, and program delivery. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, understand business needs, provide recommendations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Working with leading private-sector organizations and government entities, you will gain hands-on experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and client servicing. Key responsibilities
- Understand client objectives, identify business challenges, and provide recommendations and solutions to support desired outcomes.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of client engagements, programs, and accounts, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results.
- Responsible for onboarding and orienting clients, explaining all the details about the benefits and requirements, and offering recommendations based on the understanding of the market.
- Follow up on the execution of the required activities from the operations side, tracks deadlines, and provides support to the operations team whenever needed.
- Promote Setup.sa’s services among clients to achieve sales, while ensuring a thorough understanding of our services, and a seamless execution through providing any necessary information.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships, improve service delivery, and support the growth of existing accounts.
- Participate in managing pre-sales communication tools and platforms including emails, forms, websites, and sales materials including presentations, proposals, contracts, etc.
- Manage client relationships by maintaining continuous communication to understand their needs, gather information and provide updates.
- Analyze and interpret data, and develop quantitative and qualitative analysis reports.
- Support the development of various types of reports.
- Perform various procedural tasks and services at the government agencies locations.
- Build presentations, and arrange client meetings.
- Build and maintain databases of all the information of the clients, and create comprehensive documentation.
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience.
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Passion, diligence, and commitment to work for a fast-growing startup.
- Fair knowledge of Project Management, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management.
- Being very good in both written and spoken English is a requirement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fully engaged at work, dynamic, highly organized, self-starter, and adaptable.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
