The Associate Business System Analyst will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs, courses, seminars, and events. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth training operations, effective logistical coordination, accurate monitoring, and a positive participant experience. The position will also contribute to post-training evaluation, feedback analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure training activities meet quality and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of training programs, courses, seminars, workshops, and events.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venues, materials, participant arrangements, and other operational requirements.
  • Monitor training activities to ensure they are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with established plans and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, participants, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of training activities.
  • Support participant registration, attendance tracking, communication, and other administrative requirements related to training programs.
  • Conduct and coordinate post-training evaluations to measure participant satisfaction and training effectiveness.
  • Collect, analyze, and report participant feedback and identify areas requiring improvement.
  • Follow up on corrective actions resulting from training evaluations, feedback, and operational observations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, documentation, and performance information related to training activities.
  • Identify operational issues and support the implementation of appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing training quality, operational efficiency, and participant satisfaction.
  • Prepare and provide regular updates on training activities, progress, issues, feedback, and improvement actions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and provide an outstanding experience for training participants.

Minimum Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Event Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience supporting or managing training operations, including logistics, monitoring, post-training evaluation, feedback analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple training activities simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up skills with a focus on quality, participant satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
