Are you an expert at building channel ecosystems and helping MSMEs scale? We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Manager (ABM) to join an IT Software company in Jeddah. In this dual-impact role, you will onboard and empower new partners, guide them toward operational independence, and engage directly with customers to drive deep product adoption.
🔑 What You Will Own
Partner Onboarding & Scale: Onboard 3–4 new partners monthly. Support their hiring, training, and strategic growth until they can operate independently and transition smoothly to our Core Sales teams.
Early Wins & Enablement: Guide partners through lead generation and positioning. Participate in joint customer meetings to secure at least 4 assisted closures, building partner confidence and capability.
Customer Engagement & Adoption: Work alongside partners to analyze customer workflows, map requirements to the organisation's capabilities, and drive deeper product utilization.
Advocacy: Build strong customer relationships that yield organic referrals, and document impactful success stories (before-and-after business scenarios).
🛠️ What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2–8 years in channel sales, partner management, or customer success.
SME Ecosystem Insights: Strong understanding of B2B purchasing behavior, SME operations, and tailoring solutions to MSME needs.
Sales & Strategy Prowess: Proven track record in proactive lead generation, stakeholder management, and objection handling.
Core Skills: Solid accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and exceptional communication skills.
