Role: Associate Business Manager

What will you own?
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the Certified Partner ecosystem. As part of a customer-centric organization, the Associate Business Manager should assist assigned certified partners in creating long-term and short-term business plans and identifying key initiatives that will impact and increase customer satisfaction. This includes understanding the partner’s aspirations and focusing on activities that will help them achieve their goals within a set timeline.
Experience to bring with you:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or finance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good selling, and negotiation skills.
Experience in partner management.
Experience in proactive lead generation techniques.
Accounting knowledge & MS Office skills.
Fair understanding of B2B purchasing behavior and SME operations.
Good understanding of the organization’s policies and processes related to customers and partners.
Strong background in partner management and experience in field sales.
Experience in IT/ITES Domain (Candidates from FMCG background would not be suitable).
Good communication skills-Arabic and English mandatory.
