Responsible for building client relationships and monitoring a team, collaborating with senior leadership (Business Lead / CEO), agency departments (creative, strategy, production), and potential partners within Publicis Group (media, Vertical, epsilon, sapient).
Ensure smooth development of brand strategies and integrated communication, translating business needs into creative challenges and ensuring timely delivery milestones.
Identify and develop opportunities for new business proposals involving group capabilities.
Inspire, mentor, and guide the career development of junior team members.
Responsibilities Technical & Product
Lead the development of end-to-end campaigns in collaboration with agency departments (strategy, creative, production) and, when required, with other Publicis Group teams such as media, Content, Data & Sciences, e-commerce, Sapient, or Epsilon.
Develop, lead, and own the agreed SOW per client.
Manage day-to-day client relationships and work with a broad spectrum of clients.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
Build trusted relationships with clients to transform traditional exchanges into advisory/consulting conversations, supporting business growth.
Understand and stay curious about client businesses, industry trends, competitors, and innovations.
Demonstrate strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, and work under pressure.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within brief, with attention to detail and high standards.
Exceed client expectations and meet KPIs.
Manage multiple projects and clients across markets and internal stakeholders.
Understand budgeting, forecasting, and P&L, and conduct periodic reviews with finance.
Lead operational aspects of projects and support coordination by account managers/executives.
Set clear roles and responsibilities for team members at project start, fostering development and learning.

Identify growth opportunities within clients for Publicis group’s verticals or services.
Proactively share ideas and innovations supporting current products or new partnerships.

Produce insightful, innovative, and well-articulated presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in related fields (communication, digital, or marketing).
