Successfully mobilized candidates would be under the visa sponsorship of SMP Vendor Company/Contract.
Role Purpose
Producing high-quality branding materials, presentations, and media Videos and content that aligns with NEOM’s vision of social responsibility.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Develop and produce branding materials, presentations, and media content that reflect NEOM’s social responsibility values and image.
Create visually appealing and on-brand presentations using software such as PowerPoint and InDesign.
Design and produce high-quality short videos that tell compelling stories about NEOM’s initiatives in social responsibility.
Edit and enhance video content for various platforms while ensuring it aligns with the company’s standards and brand identity.
Manage and oversee relationships with media production companies, ensuring projects are executed according to timelines and quality standards.
Follow up with media production companies to ensure all deliverables meet NEOM’s expectations and requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate creation of all media materials.
Maintain consistency in NEOM’s brand messaging across all digital and print media.
Manage and update the SR Hub, uploading and organizing all pictures, documents, and media files to ensure easy access and proper storage.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into media production processes.
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven experience in branding, media production, and content creation.
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other video editing software.
Solid understanding of creating and editing engaging presentations.
Knowledge of social responsibility concepts and how to represent them visually.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in managing media production companies and vendor relationships.
Strong organizational skills for managing content in digital platforms like the SR Hub.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Production, Graphic Design, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in branding, media production, or a related field, with experience managing external production companies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage teams, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments..
