Associate/Analyst, Investor Relations – Operations Team, Global Fund, Abu Dhabi, UAE
About our client
Our client is a growing international investment firm seeking an Associate/Analyst to join its client solutions team (investor relations). This role focuses on operations and is not client-facing. It is ideal for individuals who are data-driven and have a strong interest in leveraging AI to enhance workflows. The ideal candidate will bring experience in fund administration, data management, or operations within an investor relations team.
What the job involves
Coordinate back-office operations, including data management, maintaining the firm’s track record, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), Salesforce updates, and investor reporting.
Leverage AI andmoderntechnologies to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize database functionality, including CRM systems.
Ensure seamless LP reporting by collaborating with fund operations teams to track performance metrics and ensure data accuracy.
Use advanced tools like Microsoft Co-pilot to integrate databases, research materials, and presentations, drivinginnovationacross the platform.
Support in arranging meetings, documenting minutes, and overseeing data room preparation and management.
Who we are looking for
Early career experience in fund administration, data management, or operations within the investor relations team of a fund or asset manager.
Familiarity with asset management operations, including fund operations and IT systems.
A data-driven individual with a keen interest in leveraging AI andmodern technologyto drive operational improvements.
IT literacy, with experience embedding databases and optimizing CRM platforms for functionality and reporting.
A solid educational background, excellentattention to detail, andadaptabilitytomoderntools.
Experience with advanced tools like Microsoft Co-pilot is a plus.
