Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Warehouse will support daily warehouse operations, focusing oninventory management,order fulfillment, andteam leadership. The role requires strong organizational skills,attention to detail, and the ability to oversee warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely processing of shipments
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies
Manage inventory, conduct stock audits, and monitor stock levels
Coordinate logistics for accurate and timely order deliveries
Ensure compliance withhealth and safety standards
Identify process improvements and track key performance metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in aleadershiprole
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
Preferred Skills:
Additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics
