Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing to current and future shop locations
Monitor and maintain store facilities, ensuring all equipment and infrastructure are in optimal condition.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and maintenance services.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and maintenance operations.
Assist in the development and execution of improvement plans for logistics and maintenance functions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience work experience in UAE with logistics and warehouse, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Driver’s license is a must
