ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Proven track record in multi-country organizations
• Strong expertise in labor law compliance and governance frameworks
• Experienced in managing senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Strong builder of HR frameworks, policies, and governance
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
Job Role:
This role requires a seasoned HR leader capable of combining strategic enterprise thinking with strong operational governance. The incumbent will be responsible for building scalable HR frameworks, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring robust compliance across a complex, multi-entity, multi-country environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead group HR strategy, organizational structure, and governance frameworks across regions
- Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and scalable operating models aligned to business growth
- Ensure Labor compliance and broader global regulatory adherence
- Own manpower planning, organization design, and workforce optimization
- Drive end-to-end talent lifecycle management including hiring, performance, engagement, and exits
- Develop and institutionalize compensation & benefits frameworks, including pay-for-performance and rewards systems
- Establish robust performance management systems and leadership development frameworks
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, investigations, and grievance handling
- Lead HR operations excellence, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, and HR documentation systems
- Drive recruitment strategy including sourcing models, selection processes, and manpower planning with business heads
- Oversee onboarding, offer management, salary negotiations, and exit processes
- Develop employee benefits programs and manage vendor partnerships
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay structure reviews
- Ensure consistent compliance with SOPs, HR policies, and statutory requirements
- Support leadership on employee relations and legal/disciplinary matters
- Drive HR transformation initiatives including performance-linked pay and rewards systems
- Contribute to talent pipeline development aligned with business objectives
- Improve HR systems, processes, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement
