Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Closer to join our esteemed company specializing in false ceiling, partition systems, acoustic solutions, and soundproofing services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, closing high-value deals, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Follow up on qualified leads and work closely with the sales team to convert them into signed contracts, ensuring that all client needs are met with precision and professionalism.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet specific project requirements.
· Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including false ceiling systems, partition designs, acoustic treatments, and soundproofing solutions, to provide expert guidance to clients.
Key Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction, interior design, or acoustic industries.
Minimum 3 Years of Experience in the same fields.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A bachelor’s degree in business, Sales Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License.
