Position: Assistant to the CEO (Entry

Are you passionate about fashion and eager to build a career in the industry? We’re looking for a
smart, organized, and proactive assistant to the CEO who can
join our fashion studio in
Doha
. This is an
exciting
opportunity for a fresh graduate in Fashion. You’ll be supporting both the
business and creative sides
of the brand — from managing studio operations and customer orders to attending meetings, exploring new opportunities in the local fashion scene.
What You’ll Do:
Be the CEO’s go-to person for scheduling, emails, meetings, and day-to-day coordination
Join meetings, take notes, and follow up on key action points
Help manage studio operations to make sure production runs smoothly
Handle customer messages, take orders, and process payments
Maintain and update the Shopify store (we’ll train you if needed!)
Look out for opportunities like local pop-ups, fashion events, and collaborations
Assist with errands, sourcing materials, and anything else needed to keep the studio running
Step into leadership support roles in the CEO’s absence when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Fresh graduate or entry-level talent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confident with basic tech (Google Sheets, Shopify – training provided)
Friendly and professional in dealing with clients
Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative
Passion for the fashion industry and eagerness to learn and grow
