Assistant Teacher (Female – Arabic) – Special Education Jobs in Al Barsha First at Al fajr early childhood center
2Game Digital is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Director. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ready to manage multiple high-priority projects and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and high proficiency in digital tools.
As a tech-focused gaming company, we expect high-level expertise in tools like Miro, Asana, ClickUp, Canva, Slack, Figma and others to manage business operations effectively. The role is hybrid, with 3-4 days spent in the office and the remainder of the time working remotely or as required. While a background in gaming or esports is preferred, it is not mandatory. The candidate should have a keen interest in the industry and the willingness to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Management:
Oversee and manage all business-related emails (e.g., partner, investor, and client communications) by sorting, prioritizing, and responding where necessary. This includes flagging urgent emails and drafting replies for the CEO.
Ensure follow-ups on emails and tasks are completed promptly, ensuring no missed opportunities or action items.
Organize and schedule meetings from email communications, confirming times, agendas, and ensuring the calendar stays up-to-date.
2. Business Strategy Support:
Conduct in-depth research into market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to help inform business strategy and decision-making.
Assist in creating SWOT analyses, competitive analyses, and business strategy reports to support decision-making for the CEO and senior leadership.
Help coordinate relationships with key partners, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communications and performance tracking.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
Gather key data from various departments (marketing, sales, WebOPs, etc.), analyze performance metrics, and create reports that inform strategic business decisions.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Asana, or ClickUp to track project and business performance, summarizing the data in easy-to-read formats.
Create monthly/quarterly reports for the CEO and senior leadership team, presenting insights, progress, and recommendations.
4. Project Management & Process Flows:
Coordinate and track multiple projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are met and team members are aligned on priorities.
Develop and maintain project process flows and timelines in tools like Miro, Lucid Chart, Asana, and ClickUp, ensuring projects follow a streamlined path from start to finish.
Facilitate cross-departmental communication and task delegation, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
5. Deck Creation & Presentation Support:
Create and design high-quality presentations and decks for both internal meetings and external stakeholders (investors, partners, affiliates) using Canva and Miro.
Assist in preparing key business documents and presentations for investor meetings, strategic planning, and partnership proposals.
6. Team Support and Coordination:
Organize and coordinate internal team meetings, ensuring all meetings are scheduled with agendas, relevant materials are prepared, and action items are tracked.
Assist in delegating tasks to different departments, ensuring team alignment and follow-up on completion.
Foster a collaborative work environment by ensuring that the teams have the resources and information they need for project success.
7. Internal Team Events:
Organize internal team events such as team-building activities, workshops, and other employee engagement initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of company-wide meetings or events, such as quarterly reviews or strategic planning sessions.
8. Communication with Group Corporate Leadership:
Manage the relationship with GCL, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates regarding 2Game Digital’s progress and key business initiatives.
Act as a liaison for the CEO during weekly calls with GCL, preparing agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up items are clearly documented and addressed.
Help prepare updates or presentations for GCL to ensure they are aligned with 2Game Digital’s business direction and strategic goals.
9. Review AI-Generated Meeting Notes:
After each departmental meeting, review AI-generated notes from the heads of department, ensuring actionable items are clear, and no important tasks are missed.
Ask any clarifying questions regarding the meeting notes to ensure alignment across teams, and monitor progress of key action points discussed in the meetings.

Project Management & Workflow Tools:
Asana and ClickUp for managing project timelines, task delegation, and performance tracking.
Miro for creating process flows, brainstorming, and team collaboration.
Design & Presentation Tools:
Canva for designing visually appealing internal and external presentations, marketing materials, and reports.
Figma
Communication & Collaboration Tools:
Slack for team communication, project updates, and real-time collaboration.
Zoom/Google Meet for virtual meetings and video conferencing.
Data Management & Reporting Tools:
Google Analytics for tracking website traffic, affiliate performance, and eCommerce metrics.
Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, creating reports, and presenting findings.
Document & File Management:
Google Drive/Dropbox for organizing and sharing documents, presentations, and reports.
AI Tools (for Meeting Notes):
Familiarity with AI-driven note-taking tools to review and ensure the accuracy of departmental meeting summaries and actionable items.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role, ideally in a tech or digital environment.
Proven experience in project management and creating streamlined business processes.
Technical Proficiency:
High-level proficiency in Asana, ClickUp, Miro, Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and Slack.
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to create clear and compelling presentations and reports.
Organizational & Time Management Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
Ability to think critically and solve problems as they arise.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment, especially in a tech-focused company.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
Familiarity with the gaming and esports industries is preferred but not mandatory. An interest in gaming or esports, or the ability to quickly learn about the industry, will be a strong asset in this role.
