Required Skills
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience as an Assistant Straightener Operator or in a similar role within a steel rolling mill.
- ITI or Diploma qualification is acceptable.
- Good knowledge of straightening processes, equipment preparation, and product quality standards.
- Assist in the setup and operation of the Straightening Machine during steel production.
- Prepare straightening equipment, rollers, guides, and tools before production starts.
- Support the Straightener Operator in achieving production and quality targets.
- Monitor product straightness and report any defects or abnormalities.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of the equipment
