Job Description

1. Search for Suppliers to meet the Company’s requirements.
2. Negotiate prices, quality standards and commercial terms (delivery method, delivery time, payment terms…)
3. Sign the contract in principle, related appendices and other service contracts for the Company
4. Coordinate with departments in improving product quality
5. Support purchasing staff in handling issues related to quantity and quality of each shipment.
6. Periodically evaluate foreign suppliers according to the Company’s standards and international standards, consider renegotiating or replacing when necessary
7. Participate in domestic and international fairs to create opportunities for exchange and search for suppliers

Job Experience

. Education: College degree or higher
2. Major: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, International Trade or related…
3. Foreign language: Fluent Chinese/English
4. Experience: at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
