- Store Operations & Customer Experience Support
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, grooming standards, tester hygiene, and overall floor readiness.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by guiding Beauty Advisors and Specialists on consultation techniques and product storytelling.
- Handle customer queries professionally while maintaining brand service standards.
- Support the implementation of SOPs, hygiene practices, and store discipline.
- Sales Performance & Commercial Delivery
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rate, ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units per Transaction), and customer retention.
- Monitor product performance, stock levels, and replenishment to ensure availability of key items.
- Assist in executing in-store activations, promotions, consultations, and beauty events.
- Review daily sales reports and suggest action plans to improve performance.
- Team Support, Coaching & Development
- Support in leading and motivating a team of Beauty Advisors, Specialists, and Cashiers to ensure accountability and performance.
- Provide on-floor coaching, reinforce product knowledge, and deliver constructive feedback.
- Assist in training on new launches, beauty rituals, and service excellence.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
- Inventory, Visual Merchandising & Store Standards
- Support inventory management, including replenishment, shrinkage control, and expiry management (FIFO/FEFO).
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards, planograms, and overall brand presentation.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely stock availability.
- Maintain accuracy in documentation, cash handling, and audit readiness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of beauty products, consultation techniques, and customer experience standards.
- Proven ability to support KPIs, drive team performance, and maintain operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and high presentation standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch-driven retail environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and retail reporting tools.
