Red Cactus is currently seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a series of pop‑up shops in KSA and our first luxury beauty store in Riyadh. Taking pride in the coaching and development of frontline teams, the Store Manager will be geared towards exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, the Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, recruitment, operational management as well as inventory management, creating and executing an agile business plan to attract customers through customer centricity and relationship management.

Role
Assistant Store Manager excellence requires full‑time in‑store presence.
The responsibilities include:
- Recruitment of a best‑in‑class team who will deliver excellent customer experience.
- Management of the store operations to achieve sales objectives and operation key performance indicators in line with the brand’s vision.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, providing reports on performance and insights to maximize stock potential.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the sales team by regular coaching on the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrating a hands‑on approach to sales leadership through being a team member of the sales floor.
- Maintaining staffing levels consistent with operational needs to ensure exceptional customer service at all times; preparing schedules and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
- Ensuring seasonal peaks and activities are taken into account when preparing forecasts and staff rotas.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and in‑store events through consistent communication with regional management.
- Managing store inventory and stock levels, ensuring smooth operational guidelines are met.
- Ensuring operational excellence is maintained in line with regional culture and local legislation through regular training initiatives for frontline teams.
Candidate
Key attributes of a Store Manager include:
- Proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry.
- Extensive experience with customer and sales service targets and key performance indicators.
- Retail operations experience with inventory and facilities management, including cash reconciliation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of business acumen.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
