Analyse performance, costs, actively drive cost savings / efficiency improvement projects
Key Success Drivers including Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Actively works on opportunities to bring in cost savings, enhance processes
Structured approach towards problem solving through data driven decision making
Well versed with transportation logistics industry, vendor capabilities, compliance
Is able to run cost simulations to evaluate various logistics models to assist business requirements
Assist the internal stakeholders by providing consultation on any logistics requirements
Monitor team performance and vendor performance through regular reviews of KPIs
Well aware of importation and exportation process, focusing on GCC/MENA
