Call Center Agent, English & Dutch
Job Description:
We are looking for female bilingual Tele-Sales Agents (English & Dutch) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of both spoken and written English and Dutch, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally.
Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Dutch (spoken & written) is mandatory.
Minimum one year of tele-sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
