Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition

Job Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition function within the organization. This includes designing and implementing recruitment strategies, overseeing the recruitment team, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring the company attracts and hires high-quality talent across various functions. The Senior Manager will also play a strategic role in workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and improving the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
Analyse current and future workforce requirements and proactively source talent for key positions.
Forecast hiring needs and manage recruitment pipelines for various roles across departments.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals.
Foster a high-performance culture within the recruitment team, ensuring goals are met and high-quality service is delivered.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and department heads to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
Oversee and continuously improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
Lead initiatives to ensure diverse and inclusive hiring practices are integrated into the recruitment process.
Promote a culture of inclusion by addressing any unconscious bias and working to create a welcoming environment for all candidates.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on recruitment performance (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement.
Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Process Improvement:
Continuously review and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and trends to implement innovative recruitment solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (typically 10 + years) in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in hiring.
Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making.
Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering team development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED20,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
