Carter Murray is excited to be working on an Assistant Sales Manager position with a global manufacturer of electronics. The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee the management of their sales function covering CIS and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies for diverse regional markets
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Optimise regional sales processes and ensure continuous improvement
- Cultivate and retain existing clients
- Develop new clients within CIS and Africa
- Coordinate distribution teams and channel partners to track performance
- Identify and report performance gaps between current sales activities and the strategic roadmap to senior leadership
Key Experience
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in a full sales management environment
- Knowledge of the CIS countries retailers and distributors
- Consumer electronics experience
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
