Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai. The Assistant Sales Engineer will support the sales team in technical discussions, provide product demonstrations to clients, and assist in identifying customer requirements. Tasks include preparing proposals, liaising with suppliers to source products, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with the engineering and sales teams to meet organizational goals and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Strong Sales and Customer Service abilities
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in understanding and explaining technical concepts
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members effectively
- A degree or diploma in Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in the industrial or engineering product sector is desirable
