We are currently looking for an experienced “Assistant Safety Officer” for a reputed Gas manufacturing company.

Asst SHEQ Officer is responsible in implementing the SHEQ program standards on site and make sure effectively of its implementation. The incumbent is responsible also for the implementation and effective monitoring of the local regulations.
Assistant Safety Officer Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly and monthly safety inspection at site and present report to the direct line manager.
Perform and conduct safety training at site on a regular basis and submit report by end of the month.
Perform quarterly emergency evacuation mock drill to enhance staff readiness in case of an emergency.
Perform the function of the site SHEQ Document Controller
Monitoring of the Municipality Civil Defense & Government Authorities Zone corp., trakhees (Where applicable) rules and laws updates and compliance.
Act as coordinator for the effective monitoring and tracking of all Customer Feedback, Suggestions and Complaints. Analysing the customer complaints and recommending QIT’s to address cross functional issues.
Act as coordinator for the effective implementation of the Customer Feedback System.
Qualifications:
2-3 years’ experience in similar field.
Proficient on MS Office such as MS Word, MS Excel.
MS Power Point, MS Vision, MS Access.
Influencing & communication skills.
Interpersonal Skill
Driving License: Preferred
