Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in ensuring that Food and Beverage activities align with the corporate strategy and that hotel actions are implemented appropriately.
Assist in preparing and updating departmental operations manuals.
Assist in conducting regular divisional communication meetings and ensure they are effective and necessary.
Ensure all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Ensure associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, following up to resolve issues satisfactorily.
Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues, fostering good working relationships.
Establish rapport with guests and maintain good customer relationships.
Verify that guests in the outlet receive the best possible service, especially during peak periods.
