- Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and producing desserts and pastries.
- Follow recipes and maintain high quality and presentation standards.
- Support factory or kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help manage ingredients, inventory, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
Job Specifications
- Previous experience supporting chefs in pastry or dessert kitchens.
- Basic knowledge of Western desserts, pastries, and bakery operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a pastry production or factory environment.
