We are looking for a Assistant Manager, Marketing to join our Noon Food Marketing team. This role is for someone who lives and breathes the city’s social scene—restaurants, lounges, pop-ups, and experiences—and can translate that energy into bold, high-impact marketing campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand voice, driving user growth, and building cultural relevance across digital, on-ground, and partnership channels.

  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for noon out, from brand positioning to execution across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
  • Conceptualize and execute high-energy campaigns that resonate with a young, urban audience
  • Own and scale influencer marketing programs, including creator identification, collaborations, and performance tracking
  • Drive partnerships with restaurants, nightlife venues, events, and lifestyle brands to increase visibility and usage
  • Plan and execute on-ground activations, events, and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Manage PR efforts including media relations, launches, and brand storytelling
  • Oversee campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for growth and engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, growth and commercial teams to align messaging and user experience

What you’ll need:

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or consumer tech
  • Strong understanding of youth culture, dining trends, and nightlife ecosystems
  • Proven experience in ATL/BTL campaigns, brand launches, and integrated marketing
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and social media growth strategies
  • Demonstrated success in partnerships and collaborations with brands or venues
  • Experience in managing agencies (creative, PR, media buying)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
