The Assistant Director of Marketing will assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with all planning and execution strategies for the hotel’s marketing initiatives.
What will I be doing?
Oversees all marketing planning and execution strategies for the hotel. Responsible for developing, managing, and executing all aspects of marketing and branding strategies, including budgets, social media, websites, digital and print advertising, collateral, and video/photography assets, to maximize exposure, achieve budget goals, increase revenues, and grow market share.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Developing strategic marketing plans and establishing annual budgets in collaboration with GM, DOS, and DORM. Plans should be comprehensive, covering annual, monthly, and segment-specific deployment strategies across print, digital, and social media, based on market analysis and demand data.
Creating, managing, and implementing media and marketing programs to increase revenue and awareness, leveraging property products and services. Collaborate with revenue management to develop or adapt offers based on hotel needs.
Managing strategic direction for all marketing channels, including social media, websites, digital and print advertising, email campaigns, and collateral.
Identifying and coordinating with outside agencies to develop marketing strategies.
Liaising with internal corporate partners such as Brand, Destination, and ECG.
Overseeing the development and management of visual assets, including organizing photo and video shoots.
Managing the content strategy for hotel websites.
Exploring partnership and sponsorship opportunities for joint marketing efforts.
Coordinating influencer strategies with the public relations team to enhance social media outreach.
Conducting paid marketing surveys to evaluate current and new service offerings and product concepts.
