About the Job
The Assistant Manager – Wellness & Recreation supports the day-to-day operations of the wellness and recreation facilities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for guests and members. This role assists in overseeing recreational activities, spa, fitness, pool, and wellness services, while maintaining exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
About You
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star international hotel.
- Strong health and fitness background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with a diverse team
- First-aid and CPR certified
